Our full-time W-2 experienced team members act as financial project managers for your community. After a disaster, there’s a sea of information–with minimal time committment from you, we know how and where to immediately plug-in and start the funding journey. We guide you through the layers of policy, state and federal standard operations, and ad-hoc processes. For most consulting projects; we provide project management, staff support services, and data and document support.
When consulting, we typically provide project management, experienced personnel, and data support as well. Typical consulting services include:

- Serving as Grant Administrators
- Layering Funding
