Excluded Contractors
Contracts receiving federal funding may not use contractors that appear in the sam.gov database.

The page you are seeking should look like the image below:
Step 1: Click on ‘Search Records’
Step 2: Enter contractor name into ‘Quick Search’ and click ‘Search’
Step 3: Save search results as a PDF
If the search returns ‘No records found’, and ‘Exclusion’ closely match the Contractor Name, OR no ‘Entity’ name match to the contractor, DO NOT PROCEED.
Step 4: Name the PDF with the following format:
‘sam_lookup_Contractor Name_no exclusions_Date of Search as YYYMMDD’
